Why I Vote

This is why I vote...

- It is my civic duty, but more importantly.. it is my Christian duty.
- I am a citizen of heaven, but I am also a citizen of earth.  I have to show Christ in everything.. every part of my life.
- I have the freedom TO vote.
- I am grateful that soldiers over the centuries have fought to ensure that I have the ability to vote and to live freely. 
- We are called to submit to those in authority over us. If I am to submit, then I certainly would like someone who at least lines up with scripture on some level.
- This nation was founded on Christian principles, and hopefully one day it will return to that.

This is why I vote.
