This is what I do.

Well, I'm just not really sure what is up with the picture situation. Sorry if those didn't post.  I'll try to figure that out!

This is what I do..
I have had the great opportunity to start volunteering at First Choice Pregnancy Solutions for like the past two months.  I go every other Tuesday night, which isn't a whole lot. But still, it has been good. I have had a heart for young pregnant girls who don't know which way to turn ever since Teen Mom.  Yes, I know that's crazy - something good did come from MTV.  But my goodness! If you can't watch that show and not have a heart for young girls.. well, I just don't know.  I watched and watched and usually at the end of each episode I would just say either "They need Jesus" -or- "Tyler and Caitlin are going to make it." 

Mostly, I have been doing administrative stuff when I volunteer.  Last night was a little different.. There were about 10 million things going on in that place.  I was able to sit in on a training session.  The mentor I was shadowing was able to share the gospel and pray with the girls we were meeting with. I just almost had tears in my eyes.  I was able to see how even though the center meets the physical needs of these girls that walk in, they are also aiming to meet the spiritual needs.  This is what Jesus calls us to. It was one of those beautiful "Aha!/Whoa!" moments.  I am also thankful I was able to chat really quickly with the center's executive director she was able to answer quite a few questions I had about the future of centers and what a job at one looks like - awesome.

So that's what I do.. in the midst of everything else that I do now. Just thought I'd share.
