I could just eat the whole bucket!

I love Christmas goodies.. can't get enough of them! You name it, and I love it. But one of my most favorite treats is a Chex Mix my Mema made a couple of years ago. I could eat on that stuff like it is a whole stinkin' meal... and then eat some more.  I made some last night to give away as small gifts to friends. Try it out; it's delicious!

Ranch Chex Mix
8 c. Corn Chex Mix
3 c. Cheez-its
3 c. Pretzels
5 c. Oyster Crackers
1 c. vegetable oil
1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Mix [or what I like to call the Money Maker :) ]

Mix all cracker ingredients together. I found an extra oven bag from Thanksgiving and mixed them in there, plus it allows you to shake the seasoning in better.  Then drizzle the oil over the crackers. Shake that around a bit too. I broke the oil bit up into several stages, hoping everything would eventually get covered.  Finally scatter the Ranch seasoning over the mix, and toss that.  Line cookie sheets with aluminum foil, and place in the oven for 15-20 min on 250.  Let 'em cool, and then put in a cute Christmasy bucket/can, etc.

Merry Christmas yall!
This is my life... and I'm glad to share it with you!
